Omar has led AED 100B+ in lifetime sales. As former Head of Sales at Emaar, he led the commercial success of major developments across the Middle East.
He has held leadership roles at Dubai Holding, JLL, and Kolte Patil, overseeing sales strategy, market expansion, and business development.

Harshit Garodia

Harshit brings deep experience in capital planning, large-scale development strategy, and operational delivery. At Emaar and DAMAC, he oversaw major initiatives including a AED 4.8B IPO, AED 3B+ in hospitality assets, and multiple strategic divestments.
With credentials spanning IIT Kharagpur, and IIM Ahmedabad, Harshit brings a sharp, execution-focused approach to capital planning, development strategy, and operational delivery.
